Job Summary:
The Tender Applications Specialist will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, managing the tender application process, and ensuring timely and accurate submission of tender documents for both the pharmaceutical and professional services companies within our group. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tender management, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Tender Identification and Analysis:
Monitor and identify relevant tender opportunities for both pharmaceuticals and professional services.
Analyze tender requirements and assess eligibility and feasibility for participation.
Tender Preparation and Submission:
Coordinate the preparation of tender documents, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines.
Draft, review, and edit tender responses to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, finance, legal, and technical experts, to gather necessary information and documentation.
Stakeholder Management:
Liaise with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and clarify tender requirements.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the tender process.
Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure all tender documents are properly formatted, signed, and submitted in accordance with the tender requirements.
Maintain a comprehensive database of all tender submissions, including copies of documents and communication records.
Post-Tender Activities:
Track and report on the status of submitted tenders.
Coordinate post-tender activities, including clarifications, presentations, and negotiations.
Analyze feedback and outcomes of tenders to improve future submissions.
Market Research and Intelligence:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and best practices in tender management.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the tender application process and increase win rates.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Procurement, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tender management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or professional services industries.
Strong understanding of tender processes and requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Preferred Skills:
