Driving School Administrator

Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Driving School Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set encompassing marketing, public relations, administrative duties, training driving school instruction, and social media management. As a driving school administrator, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our driving school, ensuring smooth administrative operations, and delivering high-quality instruction to our students.
Responsibilities
Marketing and Promotion

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new students to the driving school.
Collaborate with local businesses and community organizations to increase visibility and partnerships.
Utilize digital marketing techniques to reach potential students through social media platforms, email campaigns, and website management.

Public Relations

Act as the driving school’s spokesperson and maintain positive relationships with the community, media, and relevant stakeholders.
Handle inquiries from prospective students and provide information about our programs and services.
Represent the driving school at events, fairs, and networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness.

Administrative Duties

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining student records, and handling inquiries via phone and email.
Coordinate with instructors to ensure timely delivery of driving lessons and scheduling of theory classes.
Maintain accurate financial records and process payments from students.

Theory Driving School Instruction

Conduct theory driving school sessions to educate students on traffic rules, road safety, and driving regulations.
Develop instructional materials and lesson plans to facilitate effective learning outcomes.
Provide feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their theoretical knowledge and pass required exams.

Social Media Management

Create engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to showcase student achievements, driving tips, and promotional offers.
Monitor social media channels for feedback, inquiries, and opportunities for engagement.
Utilize analytics tools to track social media performance and adjust strategies as needed to increase reach and engagement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in marketing, public relations, and administrative roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
ability to teach or prior teaching is an added advantage.
Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
Previous experience for the same role will be an added advantage
