About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Land Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales background. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for identifying potential buyers, showcasing properties, and facilitating successful sales transactions particularly on SIC Projects in the Eldoret Area.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement effective strategies and tactics for achieving set targets.
Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
Participate in the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services.
Coordinate with respective clients, the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
In liaison with the sales admin, participate in the preparation and approval of documents such as Offer Letters, Sales agreements, Lease contracts and Transfer Documentation.
Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using the SIC CRM system.
Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on land and housing market.
Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.
Present SIC image and live the prescribed values.
Ensure compliance and adherence with Property Laws and SIC%u2019s policies and procedures when conducting property sales.
Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably land sales
Strong knowledge of the Eldoret property market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver%u2019s license and ability to travel as needed.
