Coordinates and facilitates the Department of Public Works’ assigned functions, ensuring seamless collaboration across its various divisions. Schedules and aligns departmental activities to guarantee timely service delivery while reporting operational statuses to public works and site management as required. A high school diploma or GED equivalent—along with five to eight years of relevant experience—or an equivalent blend of education and hands-on work is required.
Candidates must meet the following essential criteria:
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a comparable role is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills, is necessary. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are critical. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment is expected. Prior experience in project management is highly advantageous.

The compensation for this position is generally set at the midpoint of the designated salary range, though the final offer may be adjusted based on multiple factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, years of applicable experience, geographic location, internal pay equity considerations, and current market conditions specific to the role.

The compensation for this position falls within a range of $34,300.00 to $53,900.00 annually.
