Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and analytical Social Media Analyst to join our dynamic Marketing team. The Social Media Analyst will be responsible for tracking and analyzing the performance of our social media platforms, developing insights and recommendations based on data, and implementing strategies to optimize our social media presence and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor the performance of all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and content.
Use social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite Insights, Google Analytics) to generate reports, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and drive business objectives.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals and objectives.
Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark our social media performance against industry standards and identify opportunities for growth.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media analytics, tools, and platforms.
Work closely with content creators and designers to optimize content based on data-driven insights and audience behavior.
Implement A/B testing and experiments to optimize social media campaigns and improve conversion rates.
Prepare and present regular reports on social media analytics, performance, and ROI to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven work experience (X years) as a Social Media Analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights and recommendations.
Proficiency in using social media analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
Familiarity with SEO and social media advertising campaigns is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data-driven insights to stakeholders.
Creative thinker with a passion for social media trends and digital marketing.
