We are looking for a Field Marketing Officer within our Mobility Department who is organized, proactive, and passionate about sales.
As a Field Marketing Officer, you will dive into executing sales strategies to promote and sell our electric motorbikes. Your days will be filled with field visits and community meetings where you will engage with customers, understand their needs, address their inquiries, and give product demonstrations.
You will identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including field visits, customer referrals, partner networks, and local communities. Building relationships with these potential customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the sales process will ensure a high conversion rate.
Supporting marketing projects and campaigns will also be part of your role. You will distribute promotional materials, organize local events, and participate in trade shows or exhibitions. Collaborating with the marketing team, you will provide valuable feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competition insights.
You will collect relevant data during your field activities, including customer feedback, stage mapping, market insights, and competitor information. You will prepare regular reports and insights on sales activities, lead generation, and conversion rates for the Sales Operations Manager.
Compliance and ethics are vital, so you will conduct all activities in line with company policies, local regulations, and ethical standards, upholding our values in all interactions with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
To excel in this role, you’ll need a Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, and proficiency in Excel and mobile sales tools. At least one year of professional experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is required, with direct-to-consumer sales experience in the automotive industry being a plus.
