Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Bar Manager. The Assistant Bar Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to customer service, food & beverage operations, communication, training, and sales. The Assistant Bar Manager will work closely with the bar manager to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Customer service, communication, and sales skills
3 years experience in food & beverage operations
Training and leadership skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Knowledge of beverage trends and mixology
Experience with inventory management and cost control
Relevant certifications or degrees in hospitality or related field
