Role Description
The Customer Experience Officer position plays a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer journey. Deliver prompt and effective first-call resolution services to Absol customers, including mill owners and operators.
Proactively detect and communicate any product, technical, or operational issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
Utilize Absol’s cloud-based application to register product warranties for new customers.
Responsibilities include performing introductory meetings with new mill owners to facilitate their seamless onboarding and initial equipment usage.
Ensure timely and complete resolution of all customer issues, encompassing technical, commercial, and training-related concerns.
Educate clients regarding the diverse offerings within Absol’s product and service portfolio, encompassing a range of solutions tailored to their needs.
Proficiency in operating the Absol Hammer Mill in accordance with established best practices is essential. Candidates must ensure the machine is operated safely and efficiently, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and industry standards. Responsibilities include routine maintenance checks, monitoring performance metrics, and promptly addressing any operational issues to maintain optimal functionality. A solid understanding of the equipment’s specifications and troubleshooting techniques is required.

Monitor and analyze critical performance metrics, such as the Net Promoter Score (NPS), along with other essential indicators.
Perform data management duties as necessary, including conducting customer interviews, administering surveys, gathering data, and reviewing and analyzing findings.
