Stores & Inventory Control Personnel

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Stores Inventory Control Personnel. The Stores Inventory Control Personnel will be responsible for managing and controlling the inventory of the clinic’s supplies and equipment. This includes receiving, storing, and distributing inventory items, monitoring inventory levels and conducting regular audits. The role also involves working closely with the medical team and vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery of inventory items. This is an on-site role, located in Nairobi County, Kenya.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in a related field
Experience in retail sales and inventory management
Excellent organization skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using inventory management software
Knowledge of medical supplies and equipment is a plus
Background in a healthcare set up/IVF clinic
Receive, issue, and manage inventory.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of items.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of stock.
Implement and maintain inventory management systems and procedures.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in storage areas.
