Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and managing HR databases.
Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, assist in resolving employee issues, and promote a positive workplace culture.
Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
Benefits Administration: Help manage employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related questions.
Compliance: Ensure company compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in an HR role in a consultancy is a plus.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
