We seek to recruit a Marketing Communication Specialist responsible for managing Cedar’s online and offline communication to enhance brand visibility across the region, drive engagement, and generate quality leads. This role requires an individual with creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities
Designing and creating engaging marketing content that boosts brand awareness such as newsletters, brochures, promotional emails/materials, infographics, videos, and copy for Cedar’s website.
Managing the distribution of content using the business’s communication channels.
Ensuring that the brand message is consistent.
Promoting services and events (virtually and physically).
Monitoring social media pages and website and addressing company queries timely.
Tracking relevant metrics to analyze the effectiveness of strategies deployed.
Working closely with the sales team to create compelling marketing campaigns.
Staying updated with the latest trends on social media platforms to create relevant content.
Managing digital campaigns’ ROI / Return on Ad Spend.
Key Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, PR, or Communications, or relevant skills and experience.
Relevant experience and familiarity with B2B and B2C Marketing.
Experience with marketing campaigns and communications on social media.
Exceptional written communication skills.
Must have knowledge of digital marketing tools.
Ability to create innovative content.
Knowledge of CRM tools, Google AdWords, and online analytics.
Strong communication skills written & spoken and social media skills.
Good understanding of data analytics.
Creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Must have a full understanding of all social media platforms.
