We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the end-to-end process of talent acquisition and new employee integration. This role involves strategically sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to meet organizational needs, as well as designing and implementing structured onboarding programs to ensure seamless transitions for new hires. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, managing offer negotiations, facilitating orientation sessions, and tracking post-hire progress to enhance retention and engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a keen understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and HR teams to drive recruitment excellence.

Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and final selection, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and compliance standards.

Draft employment agreements and compile all necessary employee documentation.

Design and execute comprehensive onboarding and induction initiatives for new employees to ensure seamless integration into the organization.

Responsible for the accurate management and upkeep of employee records and personnel files, ensuring all documentation is current and properly organized.

Address employee complaints and manage disciplinary actions as necessary.

Ensure adherence to all established company policies and relevant labor regulations.

Design and implement programs aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction, motivation, and overall well-being within the organization.

Facilitate the resolution of conflicts and foster a harmonious work environment to maintain productivity and employee satisfaction.

Compile and process payroll data encompassing attendance records, overtime hours, leave balances, and various deductions for accurate and timely processing.

Ensure the precision and integrity of payroll information and employee documentation.

Facilitate the systematic evaluation of employee performance through structured appraisals.

Oversee employee performance metrics and punctuality to ensure optimal workforce efficiency and adherence to established schedules.

Where appropriate, develop and execute performance improvement plans to address areas requiring enhancement.

Assess and evaluate the training requirements of the staff to ensure their professional development and alignment with organizational goals.

Facilitate the planning and execution of both internal and external training initiatives to enhance employee skills and organizational capabilities.

Provide orientation and refresher training sessions to ensure knowledge retention and onboarding effectiveness.

Oversee day-to-day activities and ensure seamless functioning of operations.

Ensure all staff maintain high standards of grooming and hygiene while strictly following company protocols.

Distribute responsibilities and oversee the fulfillment of designated tasks to ensure timely completion.

Facilitate accurate and thorough shift handovers to guarantee seamless continuity of operations and maintain high standards of service delivery.

Evaluate and maintain service quality while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved and sustained.

During periods of high operational demand, provide assistance to various departments to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency.

To uphold adherence to established operational procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring full compliance at all times.

Perform regular workplace assessments to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Ensure strict compliance with established health and safety protocols at all times.

Identify operational issues and propose solutions to address them.

Compile comprehensive HR and operational reports on a weekly and monthly basis.

Track and document instances of absenteeism, disciplinary actions, staff turnover rates, and operational incidents with precision and timeliness.

Ensure precise documentation is maintained for administrative oversight and decision-making purposes.
