Design Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Ability to lead and manage the full cycle of project delivery from brief development to project completion.
Develop concepts and oversee design development.
Manage tendering processes and prepare construction information.
Oversee the execution of projects to ensure they meet design and quality standards.
Organize and manage a design team effectively.
Communicate clearly with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Learn and apply new methodologies in project management and design.

Requirements:

Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Chinese is an added advantage.
A background in interior design with 5-8 years of experience in delivering hospitality interiors.
Proven experience in leading large hospitality projects successfully (Added Advantage)
Open to travel to other countries as required.
