Our client, a growing SME in the transport sector is urgently seeking to fill the below position
Purpose: This position is responsible for growing new business, managing relationship with existing clients as well supporting business partnerships to achieve business goals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Generate new business sales in accordance with set budgets
Develop new products’ propositions and interest clients for uptake
Attend and engage with existing and potential clients’ business and networking forums to explore business opportunities
Respond promptly to clients’ requests/queries and seek to resolve any service concerns
Schedule and attend regular clients’ visits as part of the company KYC process
Leverage on technology to innovate online solutions to enhance clients’ engagements and retention
Periodically host clients in social networking events with aim of obtaining service feedback and/or engage with them
Prepare and submit management reports on a timely basis
Prepare and package business marketing and communication materials as well as clients’ giveaways
Requisite Skills & Competencies:
Must have a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, PR &
Communications or any other relevant field
Must have at least 2 years’ relevant experience
Have good marketing skills
Must be very proficient in MS office skills
Have strong commercial acumen
Must be customer oriented.
Must be a results-oriented and ambitious individual
Should exemplify good negotiation skills
Possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Have ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have excellent communication and business presentation skills
