Sales Consultants

Key Responsibilities:

Customer engagement: Assist customers in providing them with information on our range of Isuzu vehicles, parts and services.
Sales processing: Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for the customer.
Client outreach: Proactively seek out new clients through various channels, including cold calls, networking events, and boots on ground campaigns, to drive new vehicle sales.
Product knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest Isuzu models, features, and promotions to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
Sales targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the dealership.
CRM management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails with potential and existing customers to build and maintain strong relationships.
Team collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, finance department, and service team to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry, is highly desirable.
Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Customer service: Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping customers find the perfect vehicle.
Sales acumen: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Product knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and retain detailed information about our product line and industry trends.
Tech savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be an advantage.
Team player: Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
