Marketing Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate MUST have a robust background in the tours and travel sector, coupled with significant experience in the hospitality industry. The role demands proficiency in both digital and physical marketing, with a knack for creating compelling brochures and marketing materials. Additionally, a strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in marketing strategies will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our hospitality and travel services.
Utilize AI tools to analyze market trends and customer behavior to optimize marketing efforts.

Digital Marketing:

Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email marketing, and search engines.
Optimize website content for SEO and manage online advertising efforts.
Analyze digital marketing metrics and provide reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

Physical Marketing:

Plan and execute physical marketing events such as trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Develop partnerships with travel agencies, hotels, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance market presence.

Content Creation:

Design and produce high-quality brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
Create engaging content for blogs, social media, and other digital platforms to attract and engage our target audience.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Respond to customer inquiries and feedback through various communication channels.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the hospitality and travel industry.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and new marketing techniques.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in the hospitality industry, with a focus on tours and travel.
Demonstrable experience in both digital and physical marketing.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools).
Strong knowledge of AI applications in marketing is a MUST
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative skills in graphic design and content creation.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) for creating marketing materials.
Familiarity with CRM software and email marketing tools.
