Brief Job Description:
Maintaining and updating manual and digital files.
Application and daily reports of IMF, IDF, RQ and permits.
Shipment schedules, updates and follow-up with suppliers.
Apply for insurance requirements
Work with clearing agents, clearing of goods and loading of containers, receive and opening containers.
Keeping up with the freight rates, regulations and changes.
Prearrival updates to relevant department.
Qualifications and Experience:
Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree Supply chain management.
Proven Supply chain, procurement and logistics professional experience of at least 2 years preferably in manufacturing.

Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation and vendor management skills
Proficient in using procurement software and ERP systems
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
