Responsibilities for Sales Support Intern

Manage and update customer databases and sales records.
Learn to prepare sales reports and presentations.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Schedule and confirm meetings and appointments for sales representatives.
Assist in preparing and sending out quotations, invoices, and filling.
Follow up with clients for feedback and ensure their concerns are addressed.
Assist on research of potential clients and market trends.
Help in the preparation and execution of sales campaigns.
Assist in tracking sales leads and ensuring timely follow-up.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of products and                                                                                                       services.
Maintain effective communication within the sales team to ensure alignment on goals and activities.
Assist in organizing and preparing for events, and product demonstrations.
Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with current client information and sales activities.

Qualifications for Sales Support Intern

Degree/Diploma in Science or Fisheries and Aquaculture
No prior experience required
Understanding of efficient customer support and sales strategies
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
A positive can-do attitude and a passion for the field of interest.
