Procurement Central Stores Manager

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in procurement and supply chain management or any other business-related degree.
Minimum Five (5) years of progressive experience in a procurement and supply chain role preferably Hospitality Industry
Experience in application of an ERP, (Sage, GAAP) – will be an added advantage.

Required skills

Logistics planning and management.
Supply and demand planning.
Procurement, Purchasing, Stock, and Inventory Management.

Responsibilities:

Develop cost-efficient supply strategies.
Negotiate vendor contracts and terms.
Regularly assess & optimize operational spend and supply quality.
Select suppliers aligned with business trends and needs.
Perform cost analysis & establish benchmarks.
Track & report on goods pricing & vendor rates.
Manage purchase orders for goods acquisition.
Collaborate with management to secure favorable supplier terms.
