About the Role
In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing Nivi’s content library – for its chatbot and marketing assets. The primary tasks are:
Organizing existing content by subtopic
Implementing feedback to improve current content
Building and editing chatbot conversations
Writing taglines and calls-to-action for Nivi’s marketing assets
Collaborating with translators to translate new content into multiple languages
This role is fully remote and reports to the Product Owners across Nivi’s health domains.
Requirements
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience using at least one content management system (for example, Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, Substack, Shopify) OR high degree of comfort with other digital editing interfaces
Laptop and consistent access to internet
Moderate or fluent written and spoken English
Desirable but not required: ability to read one of the following languages: Hindi, Assamese, Swahili, Kannada, Marathi, Hausa, Khasi
