The Impact Operations and Monitoring Officer will coordinate all operational elements of the impact department, track and manage the department’s assets, ensure that everyone in the team completes their tasks on time, and execute all monitoring and evaluation elements of impact work at Mr. Green Africa.
Tasks
Handle all of the impact department’s requisitions
Manage the impact team’s inventory (all assets procured and issued in impact programs)
Manage all of the impact team’s trackers and ensure that they are updated on time
Ensure all team members and and other stakeholders submit reports on time
Send out impact communication to aggregators, clerks, suppliers and other stakeholders
Manage and track all plastic waste dispatches from impact operations
Review and track team expenditures against approved impact budgets
Oversee the quarterly redemption of loyalty program points by suppliers (from redemption request to the receipt of goods by the redeemers)
Ensure all required printed materials are disseminated to the respective target audiences on time
Oversee the planning of any impact and community engagements and activities e.g. supplier activations
Manage the impact calendar and ensure total adherence to it by the team – this will entail identifying impact days on the calendar and mobilizing the team to undertake activities on those days.
Managing the population and constant update of the stakeholder engagement framework (ensure it is constantly updated)
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications, Regulatory & Legal Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field
At least 2 years experience in Operations
Completion of data analytics course or equivalent
Competencies in data analysis programs and tools e.g. Power BI, pivot tables
Proven ability to analyze and correctly interpret data
Digital literacy and efficiency
Mastery in advanced Excel is an added advantage
