Minimum Requirements:
Diploma in a hospitality-related course.
Experience with Restaurant ERP Systems (POS/GAAP).
A good understanding of administration work.
Food production-related course qualification will be a plus.
Computer literate (Ms. Word/Excel)
Responsibilities:
Coordinate entire restaurant (BOH & FOH) for customer satisfaction.
Drive sales & profitability by upholding controls and procedures.
Enforce product quality through spot checks and supervision.
Responsible for occupational Health & Safety Act, fire regulations and other legal requirements.
Assist in staff training for operating standards & positive work environment.
Constantly monitor service speed and guest satisfaction during service times.
