Security 24, a rapidly expanding division of Homes Universal Ltd, is looking for a dynamic Security Operations Manager to drive new client acquisition, spearhead training initiatives for security personnel, and ensure that Security 24 delivers unparalleled professionalism and services across real estate, security services, pharmaceuticals, homes exhibitions, and other diversified fields. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong background in security management and a proven track record of enhancing security operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand Security 24’s client base.
Lead and oversee the training programs for security guards, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
Drive continuous improvement in security operations to deliver best-in-class services.
Monitor industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and incorporate best practices.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives.
Conduct regular performance evaluations to maintain high standards of professionalism.
Implement quality assurance measures to uphold service excellence.

Experience:

Proven experience in security operations management, with a focus on client acquisition and service excellence.
Demonstrated success in driving business growth and expanding client portfolios.
Strong background in training security personnel and enhancing operational efficiency.

Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of security industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide security teams.

Training:
