HR Officer (Agri)

Key responsibilities:

Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation.
Assist recruitment of potential applicants based on experience, skills, and education, completing employee documentation, recording data on each current employee.
Complying with regulatory requirements and ethical standards relating to Human Resource.
Help organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
Provide documentation of employee attendance, bonuses, and personal time to be used in payroll preparation.
Address employee concerns with company; including employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
Manage employee relations and disciplinary matters.
Casual management.
Provide monthly Human Resource related information reports.

Qualifications:

Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree.
Must have 5+ years’ experience working as a HR Officer in a fast-paced work environment preferably for the Agri or Manufacturing Sectors.
Preferably with hands-on experience working and coordinating casuals.
A member of IHRM.
Must be well conversant with the labor laws and ethical HR practices.
Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Ability to form working relationships with people at all levels.
