We are seeking to recruit a Contact Centre Agent who will be responsible for offering topnotch support to our valued Customers with empathy and efficiency. The candidate should be customer-obsessed, proactive and solution-oriented.
Duties and Responsibilities

Handle Customer engagements via various platforms
Provide accurate and timely information while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Troubleshoot and resolve Customer issues, aiming for first-time resolution.
Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure Customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements and Competencies

At least 2 years’ experience working in a busy Customer-centric position.
Degree in business administration or related field.
Tech-Savvy, well conversant with Microsoft Office, excel and Power Point and capable of quickly learning new software applications.
Customer-obsession in terms of being empathetic, proactive, problem-solving.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
