Main Responsibilities:
He/she will be tasked with the execution of the following duties:
Develop and implement effective marketing programs
Develop and maintain effective public relations with customers, marketing professionals and external business contacts.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships and coordination with body corporate
Tenant Communication
Regularly meet with tenants to discuss marketing collaborations and support.
Responsible for ensuring tenant communication and tenant marketing support.
Analyze Marketing trends and recommend changes to Marketing and Business Development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
Stays informed of developments in the marketing field and markets affecting company operations.
Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other Marketing material.
Ensure Garden City Mall Brand Messages are consistent
Engage customers and shoppers on social media.
Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the mall.
Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms.
Take calculated risks based on data driven analytics
Engage in CSR activities within the community.
Develop and lead the Marketing team that will develop and execute new concept, business models, channels and partners to position the mall as an innovator and leader.
Management of Communication, PR & Social Media agencies
Management of Commercialization staff / agency.
Management of Park staff
Management of Customer Service Staff
Required Education & Experience
A degree in Management / Business / Marketing or related field
At least 7 years marketing experience in real estate, preferably in a Mall Set up
Qualifications / Experience in Public Relations, Brand Management will be an added advantage
Membership to a professional body e.g. MSK, CIM
Strong interpersonal and public relations skills
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
Solid writing skills
Able to operate computer applications
Excellent leadership skills
Able to organize, coordinate and direct team activities
Strong problem solving skills
Good Communication skills
Able to use all related maintenance equipment and computer applications in excel, word and adobe
