Responsibilities

Create and maintain an up-to-date understanding of the insurance market in Kenya
Develop and deliver insurance solutions to meet the needs and preferences of customers
Create and deliver presentations to potential and existing customers
Prepare and review detailed proposals and contracts
Assist customers in making informed decisions
Monitor customer claims and ensure satisfaction
Maintain positive customer and supplier relationships
Update customers on new products and engage customers through our social media pages
Engage the underwriters and ensure that customers’ claims are processed promptly.

Requirements

Must have a diploma or degree in insurance and/or sales
At least two years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, and/or insurance
Knowledge of the insurance industry in Kenya and regulations
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
An individual who pays attention to details and has customer Service obsession
