Brief Description
The People &Culture Partner will deliver strategic support that is crucial for transforming the company’s culture and advancing the people agenda, aligning these efforts with the broader Company Business strategy through targeted interventions addressing both business and people-related issues. Serving as the primary liaison between HR functional areas and business operations, the People & Culture Partner collaborates with HR specialists to develop and implement solutions that are centered around business needs and employee experience.
Detailed Description
Leads transformative initiatives to cultivate cultural shifts and improve business performance through strategic guidance to senior leadership, direct engagement with employees, rigorous benchmarking, and the validation of HR initiatives.
Enhancing both business and employee performance by providing management guidance, coaching, and employing KPIs to align objectives and cultivate a high-performance culture.
Manage the talent strategy, ensuring alignment with current and future needs, maintaining high recruitment standards, and actively engaging in talent acquisition and planning.
Work to improve workplace relationships, morale, productivity, and retention through employee-centric solutions and effective communication strategies, while also handling complex employee relations issues.
Provide leadership coaching and aligning employee development initiatives with business needs through targeted learning programs.
Ensure the effective delivery of HR services and coordinate with HR Services Hubs to support departmental needs.
Assist in organizational design and development, guide restructuring efforts, and support managers in designing their departmental structures.
Collaborate with specialists to manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and aligning these programs with business strategies.
Develop succession plans for key talent and roles to ensure business continuity and promote diversity and inclusion within the business units.
Utilize HR metrics to inform and guide business decisions is another critical area of their responsibilities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Accredited member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
4-6 years of experience in HR generalist or a relevant role.
