Key Responsibilities:

Prepare a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
Create innovative and visually appealing baked goods that meet our high standards of taste, quality, and presentation.
Take ownership of the baking process from start to finish, including ingredient preparation, mixing, shaping, proofing, baking, and decorating.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Assist with menu development and contribute creative ideas for new baked goods and pastry offerings.
As a chef, collaborate with the culinary team to prepare and execute savory dishes.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage ingredient costs to maximize profitability.
Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers to understand their preferences and get their feedback.

Qualifications:

Culinary certification from a recognized culinary institution
Proven experience as a baker and chef in a professional kitchen environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing your baking and cooking skills.
In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, pastry arts, and culinary fundamentals, with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
