Impala Club is looking forward to engaging a consultant firm in the Finance Department for a duration of three (3) Months.
The Consultancy Firm will be expected to

Clean up the Trial Balance with particular focus on the reconciliation between the Synopos System and QuickBooks. The reconciliation will cover as many prior years as is necessary to achieve a substantial level of clean up (above 90%).
Recommend the entries that should be processed in the books in relation to the clean up above, and assist in processing of the same.
Review and assess the accuracy of the cost of sales and give recommendations.
Assist the staff in implementing the recommendations arising from the cost of sales assessment above.
Train the staff in production of periodic financial reports to completion. This will involve training them on recording (monthly) of accounting entries that are triggered by the auditors at the year end.

 Key Requirements

Extensive knowledge of quick books
Must have a certificate of Registration from ICPAK
Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated success communicating with various levels within an organization.
