About the Role:
As a Junior Digital Advisory Consultant, you will actively contribute to our strategic initiative, Project Deux, aimed at expanding our customer base and enhancing digital transformation outcomes. This role involves intensive training and hands-on activities that prepare you to support our customers in adopting and integrating digital and AI technologies into their business models. You will work under the guidance of consultant coaches and senior advisors to deliver a proactive and predictive digital advisory service, transforming how our clients perceive and utilize technology for business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in a rigorous 6-month training program designed to equip you with the necessary skills in product mastery, consultative selling, and strategic success planning.
Support the implementation of tailored digital strategies that complement both our technological solutions and the existing digital assets of our clients.
Assist in workshops and strategic client meetings to foster understanding and streamlined adoption of digital models as core business frameworks.
Engage with clients under the supervision of senior advisors to shift their technological perceptions and encourage rapid decision-making processes that align with their business goals.
Collaborate across diverse geographical and cultural environments, applying a global mindset to meet the nuanced needs of international clients.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our digital advisory practices based on feedback and performance metrics from client engagements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or related fields.
Demonstrated interest in and understanding of digital technologies, AI, and their applications in business.
Strong communication skills, capable of effectively interacting and building relationships with stakeholders.
Energetic, teachable, and highly motivated to participate in transformative projects within dynamic environments.
