As a Sales Representative for their built-in kitchen appliances, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling their products to residential and commercial customers. You will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets for built-in kitchen appliances.
Customer Engagement: Engage with residential and commercial customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate kitchen appliances that align with their requirements.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of kitchen appliances, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
Showroom Operations: Maintain showroom displays, ensuring they are clean, organized, and visually appealing to attract customers and showcase products effectively.
Lead Management: Follow up on leads generated through various channels, including inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns, to convert prospects into customers.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors to foster repeat business and referrals.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and pipeline management, using CRM software.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, including pre-sale consultations, product demonstrations, and post-sale support
Person’s specifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the kitchen appliances or related industry.
Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of kitchen appliances, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and compelling manner.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
Customer Focus: Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and support colleagues.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs
