Job Summary:
The Real Estate Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote real estate properties, attract buyers or tenants, and drive sales or leasing activities. They work closely with real estate agents, property developers, and other stakeholders to create effective marketing campaigns and initiatives that enhance brand visibility and attract prospective clients.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote real estate properties and projects.
Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, print media, and events.
Collaborate with real estate agents, developers, and other team members to create compelling property listings, brochures, and promotional materials.

Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Qualifications:
