PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Education and soft skills:
A Diploma or Certificate in food production
A good understanding of HACCP processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Teamwork-oriented and outstanding leadership skills
Requirements:
At least 3+ years working experience in the same position as indicated above, in a 4 to 5-star hotel.
Age bracket 28 – 45yrs
