Responsibilities:
Develop creative concepts and design solutions for a variety of projects, including digital and print materials such as advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, website layouts, and product packaging.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives, and translate them into visually compelling designs.
Take ownership of the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, and incorporate them into your work to maintain a fresh and innovative approach.
Work closely with other members of the creative team, including copywriters, photographers, and web developers, to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions.
Maintain and organize design files and assets, and adhere to brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2 years of experience working as a graphic designer, preferably in a creative agency or marketing department.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
Strong design portfolio showcasing a range of projects and styles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts effectively.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy in all aspects of design work.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Experience with web design, UI/UX principles, and motion graphics is a plus.
