Responsibilities
Identify and onboard high potential sellers that align with the platform’s goals
Guide new sellers through account registration, ensuring they understand the platform’s policies and procedures.
Maintain regular communication with sellers, address their inquiries and share updates on platform initiatives
Develop and implement strategies that maximize sellers’ sales growth and profitability
Monitor stores’ sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Provide guidance and support to sellers to help them optimize their product listings, improve fulfillment processes, and enhance customer satisfaction
Take the lead in the improvement of seller experience on Kilimall platform
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing
Experience in sales, account management, or business development
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Knowledge of e-commerce best practices is an added advantage
