Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
Two years of experience as an employee relationship Officer.
Registered member of IHRM.
Higher diploma in Human Resources, CHRP is an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Develop positive employee relations strategies.
Guide managers and employees on HR matters.
Collaborate on policy development and compliance.
Handle grievances and disciplinary actions. 5. Ensure Occupational Health & Safety compliance.
