Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) National Associate

Your Responsibilities

Managing projects in close collaboration with Voluntas colleagues and external partners
Participating in methodology design (including scoping, sampling, instrument development, and analytical frameworks)
Leading log frame reviews, monitoring activities, research, analysis, and reporting
Drafting and presenting clear policy and/or program recommendations for high-level clients
Acting as a focal point with our local partners and key stakeholders
Supporting the coordination of data collection
Supporting business development
Supporting and mentoring junior staff based across different offices
Carrying out field visits to project activities and participate in field meetings with partners

Masters in economics, political science, sociology, international development, law, or relevant field

Advantages

Proven experience in supporting monitoring and evaluation activities as part of larger bi- and multilateral donor programs
Demonstrated experience with data management and/or statistical analysis software (SPSS, STATA, or R)
Knowledge of research methods for social science (sampling, weighting, data cleaning and management, descriptive statistics, inference analysis)
Familiarity with data visualization (Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI)
