Job purpose
To prioritize visits to channels with the goal of enhancing retailer awareness and improving SIM and float performance, while ensuring optimal visibility and merchandising standards at the point of purchase for SOS and Trash agents.

Effectively oversee the identification and recruitment of Agents, with a focus on mobile money outlets and high-traffic retail stores, ensuring seamless single sign-on (SSO) integration.
Consistently achieve set call rates by conducting regular visits to SOS and Agents as outlined in the agreed route plans (beat plans).
Provide all necessary tools for transactions at SSO and agent outlets and conduct training sessions for SOS and trash Agents on the processes.
Conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) training sessions for agents, focusing on compliance with regulatory standards and the implementation of Suspicious Transaction Reporting (STRs). Additionally, provide comprehensive guidance to agents on the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, specifically in relation to the SIM Registration (SIM REG) framework.
Float and stock cover, as well as sales, are monitored to ensure rigorous enforcement of the 1.5x stock rule for agents. Additionally, we verify that SOS maintain sufficient stock levels of SIM cards to support new registrations and activations efficiently.
Develop and enforce merchandising standards by ensuring the availability of merchandising materials at SOS and Agent outlets.
