Overview:
As a Sales Executive for our Value Business, main focus being Acronis, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for Acronis products and solutions within the assigned territory or market segment. You will engage with prospects and clients to understand their business needs, propose appropriate solutions, and close sales deals. This role requires strong sales acumen, product knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Sales Development:
Identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.
Generate leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
Conduct research on potential clients, industries, and market trends to identify sales opportunities.
Client Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sales meetings to showcase Acronis products and solutions.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a timely and professional manner.
Solution Selling:
Understand Acronis product offerings, features, and benefits, and effectively communicate them to clients.
Analyze client requirements and recommend appropriate Acronis solutions to meet their business needs.
Develop and present tailored proposals and quotes for clients, highlighting value proposition and ROI.
Sales Process Management:
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure and contract negotiation.
Utilize CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support, pre-sales engineers, and product specialists, to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales projections and revenue targets.
Implement sales strategies and tactics to drive pipeline growth, accelerate sales cycles, and achieve sales quotas.
Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics, adapting sales strategies as needed to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the IT software or technology industry.
Strong understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity solutions is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and sales productivity tools.
Results-driven with a focus on exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
