Regional Executive – Kenya

Main Responsibilities

You will need to ensure timely delivery of all information from distributors, on a monthly basis, and convert this into monthly reporting before feeding it back in to the regional William Grant & Sons teams.
This will include working closely with our distribution partner, the William Grant & Sons Customer Marketing Manager and the William Grant & Sons Route to Consumer (RTC) & Activation Managers, to drive our RTC agenda forward and, with them, take responsibility for delivering the annual RTC plan. You will be a key point of contact for the Regional RTC team and will take responsibility for submitting the required monthly reports.
It will also include completing monthly reports for Finance such a depletion trackers and inputs into the business planning meeting.
Together with the local marketing team, you will be responsible for raising purchase orders in relation to our Distribution Partners marketing spend, submitting invoices to Accounts Payable and conducting a quarterly spend audits.
