Job Description:
Undertake training Needs assessments and reporting
Undertake business trainings to clients as per organization curriculum
Prepare Pre and Post training Reports as per company requirements
Create and follow a monthly training plan/work plan with clear tasks and timelines
Track and report on clients learning journey and impact indicators such as jobs created etc
Track and report on the value and number of loans disbursed to clients Undertake assessments on training effectiveness
Support trainee queries through a digital learning platform on subject trained and on digital content related to subject
Support with Content design and raw content
Provide feedback from clients and stakeholders for company to take corrective action
Undertake any other activities assigned by company in relation to the role
Ideal Candidate:
A business-related degree or its equivalent from a recognized university.
Must have: Candidate must fully understand Training Needs Assessment process, Training Plans, budgets/costs, designing training content
Experience in financing and related fields within the FSBI sector.
Experience training micro, small and medium enterprises on access to credit and loan repayment.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Desired qualification:
Certificate on SIYB or any other recognized SME training approach
