Summary

The overall purpose of the job is to generate sales by providing point-of-purchase and shelf management services, ensuring the right product, quantity and price is on display in the right place and time.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that the outlets’ stores and shelves are stocked with the required type and quantities of milk products to meet customer demand;
Receive and communicate all customer orders in line with their requirements and ensure optimum customer order fulfillment levels, accuracy, and timely delivery of orders;
Indicate price tags and arrange milk products on the shelves and rotate products in store using the First in First out (FIFO) method;
Establish and maintain a harmonious relationship with retail store owners and customers in order to increase sales, promote customer retention, and raise brand awareness;
Manage store shelves by removing expired or damaged products;
Perform stock takes of products in the stores and monitor store inventory based on sales and intake;
Ensure POS shelf wobblers are well priced during offers;
Become the first point of contact for urgent calls, emails, and messages with retail outlet owners/management and also updating and educating them on new products;
Give opinions and collaborate with Senior Sales Supervisors to ensure all promotions, giveaways or marketing activities are executed properly and timely;
Gather information and communicate on market trends, competitor’s activities and customer reactions/feedback to the Senior Sales Supervisor; and
Perform any other duties as may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

A-Level high School Certificate
Minimum of 1 year related working experience
