Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be the keystone between our clients and the agency, ensuring seamless communication and the successful execution of campaigns. He or she will be responsible for driving revenue growth through acquisition of new clients, foster relationship with existing client and promote service to potential customers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Account Manager
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking, and leveraging existing client relationships.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches to showcase agency capabilities and secure new clients.
Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and serving as their trusted point of contact.
Actively seek out and engage with prospecting clients to generate new business opportunity
Campaign Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic advertising campaigns aligned with client objectives.
Project Oversight: Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing clients with valuable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Industry Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to provide informed recommendations to clients
Financial Management: Manage client budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
Identify opportunities for revenue growth and upselling additional services to existing clients.
Work closely with the finance department to ensure timely invoicing and payment processing.
Any other duties as may be assigned by the line manager.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
CIM qualification will be an added advantage
Proven experience in sales and business development within the advertising or marketing industry.
Strong understanding of advertising principles and best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients concurrently, while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM software and project management tools.
