Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Information Technology Consultant located in Nairobi County, Kenya. As an IT Consultant, your day-to-day tasks will involve providing technical support, analyzing IT systems, and offering consulting services. You will be responsible for advising clients on technology solutions, implementing new IT systems, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and expertise in information technology
Experience in IT consulting and providing technical support
Ability to analyze and recommend technology solutions
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of current IT trends and best practices
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are a plus
