As an HR Business Partner at Ideon Limited, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with our clients to deliver comprehensive HR solutions tailored to their unique business needs. You will serve as a trusted advisor, working closely with client stakeholders to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and HR best practices.
Duties & Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management – Develop and nurture strong relationships with client organizations, serving as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters. Partner closely with key stakeholders to understand their business objectives, challenges, and HR needs.
Strategic HR Consulting – Provide expert guidance and support to clients on a wide range of HR topics, including talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Collaborate with clients to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with their business goals and objectives.
Talent Acquisition and Management – Partner with clients to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Support clients in the selection, onboarding, and retention of employees, ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience.
Employee Relations and Performance Management – Advise and support clients in managing employee relations issues, including performance concerns, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Assist clients in implementing performance management processes and practices to drive employee engagement and productivity.
HR Compliance and Risk Management – Stay abreast of employment laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure clients remain compliant with HR-related legislation. Conduct audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies as needed.
Training and Development – Collaborate with clients to assess learning and development needs and design customized training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Facilitate training sessions and workshops on HR topics such as leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and performance coaching.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a HR BPO capacity.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives.
HR certification/a member of IHRM in good standing is an added advantage
