What You Will Be Doing:
Lead sales initiatives in the animal feeds category, focusing on acquiring new customers and identifying competitor activities
Achieve monthly sales volume targets in assigned regions for all key accounts
Increase sales and collections by identifying new opportunities in the market
Develop and execute strategies to promote animal feed products
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product knowledge and industry demands are met
Utilize techsavvy skills to enhance sales processes and customer interactions
Cultivate deep customer relationship building
Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the animal feeds industry in Kenya is a MUST
Any Graduate/bachelor degree can apply
Good knowledge of animal feed products and industry demands
Techsavvy with a gogetter attitude
Excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft software
Dynamic, confident, and selfmotivated individual with a positive attitude
Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
