HR Manager HR Administrator

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Work closely with the top management to strategize, build, customize, and refine tools to facilitate process workflows and/or provide guidance and direction to staff.
Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Develop an excellent organizational culture that enables employees to perform in accordance with the organization’s objectives, core values, and principles, and promote a sense of pride purpose, and belonging.
Promote a culture of excellence within the organization.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Requirements:

A minimum of 8+ years of progressive human resources experience in a medium to a large organization with experience leading teams and assessing human resources services
A minimum of 5 years in the role of a HR manager
Bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources, Education, Social Science, or related field preferred
Practicing License is a must.
Demonstrated success in HR systems and HR policy/practice.
Experience with workpay will be an added advantage
Experience with negotiation and influencing at senior management levels.
A leadership style that will incite enthusiasm, provide vision, create positive morale, and act as a role model for standards of professionalism.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to support a diverse associate population as well as the growth of the company.
Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability and willingness to develop presentations as required.
A track record of effective human resources decision-making and an “urgency to execute” attitude is essential for this fast-paced environment.
