Sales Officer (Watu Shule)

General Responsibilities:

Drive sell out (↑ increase in business revenue). Drive sell out by conversion of Watu customers to Watu Shule clients during onboarding
Route Management Implement route plan to ensure revenue generation target for assigned route are achieved
Effective Operational and relationship management Build sound relationships with all customers based on mutual trust and goodwill
Competition market sensing Provide continuous feedback as per client requirements (competitor activities, promotions, incentives, innovations, pricing, planograms)
Training Identify training needs and escalate to trainer for action
Reporting Generate and present sales, revenue and expense reports as per the Watu Shule Reporting timelines
Display Management Identify branding and marketing opportunities for Watu Shule at Go downs and Branches and all applicable locations to maximize visibility.
