Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for food and beverage production and service professionals and industry best practices.
Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and simulations.
Conduct assessments to evaluate trainees’ understanding and application of food and beverage production and service concepts.
Stay current with industry trends and updates, incorporating relevant information into training programs.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Diploma, HND or Degree qualification
Training, registration, and licensing by the relevant regulatory bodies
Proven knowledge and experience in food and beverage production and service training
Proficiency in MS Office and other training software/tools
Highly flexible and reliable
